This limited warranty does not include clearance and promotional items and is for one year from date of purchase.

• The original receipt and the dead plant(s) must be provided at the time of replacement request.
• Replacements may be of equal value or size.
• Shrubs and/or trees that die or are disfigured because of vandalism, mechanical or animal damage or acts of nature are not covered.
• Warranty is not valid on unpaid or overdue accounts.
