We have our annual membership plan of $100 + tax. This program will auto-renew yearly on the month of sign-up.

Your credit card or ACH will be charged within 5 business days of registration, and you will receive a receipt via your primary email provided.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept ACH (bank routing to a checking or savings account).

If you sign up in 2026, all of your 2025 plant purchases (zone 4 and hardier) will be grandfathered into your plan.

Plants will be replaced based on availability; substitutions may occur. Lifetime warranty will apply only to accounts that are in good standing and have not been delinquent. The replacement plant will be for the original size of the purchased plant.

LGC will offer replacement of any zone 4 or hardier tree, shrub, or perennial that has died, provided the plant has been cared for as instructed, and not misused. LGC will not replace plants killed by vandalism, mechanical or animal damage, or acts of nature (i.e. excessive snow or wind damage). This warranty does not cover annuals, wildflowers, seeds, bulbs, and non-winter hardy plants.

All accounts must be current and cannot be past due. This program can be changed by LGC at any point during the season. LGC reserves the right to increase the membership price or change the terms of agreement at any point.

We do not require a rewards card for purchases. Simply provide your name and phone number at checkout, and we’ll look up your membership details.

Directions:
Upon arrival at LGC, drive past the Garden Center parking lot and building to the bulk bins located along the east concrete wall of the nursery. Look for the bin marked “Yard Waste Drop-Off.”

A sign with a QR code is posted next to the bin.
• Scan the QR code and complete the form with your name and phone number, then select Submit.
• No smartphone? Text the number on the sign with your name, phone number, and “Yard Waste.”

Dispose of your yard waste at your convenience — and feel free to stop in and shop while you're here!

Please note:
• No plastics, glass, or non-organic materials.
• Due to city ordinance, ash tree debris cannot be accepted between Memorial Day and Labor Day (Emerald Ash Borer restriction).

If you move and would like to continue your membership, simply call, email, or stop in to update your address. Coverage will transfer to your new home, and plants at your previous address will no longer be covered.

The new homeowners will retain coverage on existing plants until the renewal date. To continue membership and maintain the lifetime warranty, they must contact LGC before renewal. If they do not, coverage will expire and cannot be reinstated.

Discounts may be used by any member of the same residence. Free benefits or goods are limited to one per household.

We will be sending Green Choice Rewards emails to the primary email listed on the account.

These emails will include upcoming sales, special member discounts, and more exciting information!

With a lapse in coverage, any existing plants that were once covered on the old membership will no longer be covered on future membership.

You may cancel at any time by providing a written or emailed request of cancellation. This must be submitted 30-days before renewal date to avoid the auto-renewal for the following year. Our team will follow up with you either by phone or in-person to confirm the cancellation.
