ABOUT US
History
What started as a destination Garden Center in the vast rural environment just outside of Sioux Falls city limits, Landscape Garden Centers has blossomed into the region's premier Greenhouse and Landscape Services provider.
From the beginning, we have experienced many changes; including becoming enveloped by the sprawling urban growth of Sioux Falls, as well as our transition from Lakeland Nurseries to Landscape Garden Centers in 1989. These changes are what have kept the company vibrant for over 45 years, allowing us to consistently deliver the unique experiences our clients have come to expect.
In the winter of 2021, we bid farewell to our original location as we transitioned to our brand new facility just a couple of miles south of the old storefront. We are beyond thrilled to share this new location with our customers, and we can’t wait to see what the next 45 years bring to Landscape Garden Centers.

Landscape Garden Centers, on the edge of Sioux Falls, SD, is a full-service garden center and landscape designer. Landscape Garden Centers premier garden center stocks a wide variety of trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, houseplants, and more. Our experts are ready and eager to help you pick out the perfect plants for your garden, landscape, or indoor space.

We also have landscape and property services including mowing, tree treatment, fall or spring cleanup, irrigation repair and service, overseeding, snow removal, and more.

Landscape Garden Centers offers something special for everyone, every season. From spring planting ideas to summer garden plants and lawn care, fall compost and leaf removal, and our winter wonderland garden center featuring Christmas trees and holiday lighting and decor. Hours may vary, depending on the time of year.

Headquarters and Design Studio: 9AM-5PM Monday - Friday, or by Appointment
Garden Center (Starting April 6th):
Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM
Saturday 9AM-5PM
Sunday 11AM-5PM
*closed on New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
