From ancient festivals to modern garden gatherings, the summer solstice is all about light, life, and the simple joy of being present in nature.

8:00 – 9:00 a.m. Yoga in the Greenhouse

Start your day with a refreshing 1-hour yoga session. Yoga mats are encouraged for this session - please bring your own mat or blanket.

9:00 – 9:45 a.m. Singing Bowl Meditation

Relax and reset with the calming sounds of singing bowls. Yoga mats are encouraged for this session - please bring your own mat or blanket.

10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Seeds of Intention Workshop

Write down your personal intentions on biodegradable paper, then plant them alongside a calming lavender plant. Take home your plant as a living reminder of growth and new beginnings. Includes all materials.

1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Sunflower Growing Competition – FREE

Think you can grow the tallest sunflower? Pick up a mammoth sunflower and let the growing begin! Kids will nurture their plants all summer long and submit their sunflower’s height in September for a chance to win fun prizes. Fun for all ages!
